Padma Knowles joins f1 as a Senior Associate. Padma has over 20 years experience in recruitment for the Marketing and Creative sectors. She worked with Reed for nearly 12 years until setting up her own recruitment and coaching business in the Reading area in 2016. Padma has a deep commitment to diversity and inclusion; is a volunteer for Smart Works a national charity that helps unemployed women with clothing and coaching giving them the confidence to secure interviews and job offers.
