It’s my pleasure to share one of the finest moments of leading ’s social change programme – NoTurningBack2020 (NTB2020).
There was an ‘extra-curricular’ opportunity to bring together a marketing industry leader of today – Richard Robinson🔥 NTB2020 Advisor, Executive Director: Ingenuity+, and one of BIMA (British Interactive Media Association)‘s top 10 most influential leaders in Digital & Tech, with a leader of tomorrow, NTB2020 ambassador Kupa Matondo.
Kupa Matondo recently launched a disruptor Gen Z agency and I was able to connect her with Richard, an award-winning diversity advocate and renowned marketing expert. This connection showcases the power and value of our social change programme – aiming for 20% of all marketing, communications & sports sponsorship marketing professionals to come from black, Asian, minority ethnic communities. And for this 20% to stay in our industry until they reach the very top jobs.
We don’t often get a chance to thank these dedicated, inspiring comms, marketing and sports marketing experts – or bring together our current leaders with our future leaders, so this opportunity gave me great pleasure.
