Senior Account Director – Sports Marketing & Comms – to £60K – London/Hybrid

You’re already a high achieving Account Director with great experience in Sports PR, Comms or Marketing. Our client is a Global comms & marketing agency with deep expertise across sports, events and entertainment, they’re expanding their client roster and are looking for 2 X Senior Account Directors to create strategy and deliver great campaigns for major global clients on their sports sponsorship partnerships. If you’re energetic SAM or AD with sports experience looking to progress your career at an agency that empowers it’s people through autonomy then this role could be for you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering best in class strategic and creative planning
  • Creation of world class toolkits and guidelines
  • Delivering the best in critical path planning, budgeting, client and team management
  • Writing the most creative and engaging copy of your career so far
  • Setting new standards in campaign management and delivery
  • Making reporting and evaluation as simple and easy as possible
  • Managing and developing junior team members
  • Contributing to a fully inclusive culture that actually values diversity

Who you are:

  • An experienced Sports PR, Comms or Marketing AD or Senior AM who can strategise and deliver great campaigns
  • Someone with a strong knowledge of global or events sponsorship / partnerships activation
  • Experienced in building global comms & marketing toolkits for major brands
  • Not necessarily a earned media expert but you’ll have a solid appreciation of the value of good PR
  • Agency experience working for global clients with a focus on B2C but strong understanding of internal comms and B2B
  • Someone with solid knowledge of digital channels and experience of the various social media platforms
  • Above all someone who has a growth mindset, doesn’t need micromanaging and is willing and able to contribute to a positive and inclusive agency culture
