The ESA Excellence Awards will be presented in London this Wednesday evening at Plaisterer’s Hall. Congratulations to everyone on the shortlists. Entries have been received from 11 European countries and have been judged by 14 independent expert judges from across the continent.

The ESA Members’ Professional Development Award is being supported by f1 recruitment.  Why are we supporting it? Because continual professional development is at the heart of our manifesto and we think employers that invest time, money and passion in training and developing their staff should be recognised for their good example. Training is vital for everyone in the quickly changing sponsorship industry, where the implications of big data and other trends mean talent has to keep its skills up to date continuously.  We receive many requests for information about formal training in sponsorship and we advocate the distance learning ESA Diploma.

Promoting professional development is one of ESA’s key objectives and the Association says it is encouraged to see a growing number of members sharpening their focus on this goal. The shortlisted entries for the ESA Members’ Professional Development Award are Carat Sponsorship, MEC Access, Synergy and WH Sport.
