What you’ll do:
- Manage the scope, timelines, budget and delivery of a major new website
- Track and monitor project progress and communicate issues to appropriate stakeholders
- Provide regular progress updates to the immediate team and make the charity aware of any key milestones
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and reflect these in deliverables
- Ensure designers and developers work to agreed budgets/deadlines and negotiate any necessary changes
- Ensure all deliverables outlined in briefs, user stories and proposals are delivered as planned
- General project administration including all files, resources, documents, passwords and any other assets are up to date and accessible by the team
Who you are:
- A rock-solid Digital Project Manager, experienced in and fully conversant in Agile
- A true collaborator, a logical thinker and good negotiator, willing and able to influence others when required
- You have charity / 3rd sector experience across planning and delivery of complex digital projects to support events and engagement (volunteering & learning programs & projects) fundraising and brand awareness campaigns etc…
- A self-starter, comfortable with autonomy, with a high emotional IQ and ability to navigate ambiguity
