We are feeling proud to be supporting this talented, inspiring group of women with our actions, not just words. Here is the account of day 1 of Back2businessship 2024 from one of our amazing returners Akansha Kohli
– Jacqui Sanders from FleishmanHillard, set the stage for an empowering experience that had us all nodding in agreement or reaching for more setting the tone for an empowering experience.
– Liz Nottingham FIPA, our guide to the stars, led us through the Myers & Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI) with activities that made us question our life choices in the most hilarious way possible!
– Rachel Letham (Montague-Ebbs) from The Marketing Society took us on a journey of navigating our marketing careers, emphasizing insights, goal-setting, and the power of community. She helped us envision and define our aspirations and goals.
– Avril Lee , CIPR Board Member & Chair of Diversity & Inclusion Network, shed light on industry insights, research, and challenges ahead in diversity and leadership.
33 of the highest calibre returners, from comms and marketing backgrounds – 30% from underrepresented communities, were selected to join our bootcamp.
You can also support with actions, as there are a few places left at our speed networking event. Our Returners have between 10 and 15 years experience in PR, Corporate Communications, Marketing and Sports Marketing, both In-house and Agency across all sectors.
