Brand strategist / Insights Project Director with Pharma / Healthcare experience

This is a brilliant opportunity to work with a fantastic management consultancy with a well-established reputation that works with household names.

It is a fully remote working role , that has B Corp status, over 100 people and are looking for additional team members for their Pharmaceutical / Healthcare team, on either a permanent or Associate / Interim / FL basis.

The company works across a range of sectors but wants to strengthen its Pharmaceutical resource due to ongoing / new projects.  Their healthcare business covers a wide range of businesses from BioTechs to BigPharma.  They support their clients develop their teams, through capability building for the long term and grow their brands before, during and after launch.

They are looking for someone who has in-depth Pharmaceutical industry experience, a passion for people and a desire to make an impact with clients.  You will be someone who has a patient centred strategy development.

1. Strategic insight – taking complex data and instilling it into succinct insights
2. Practical strategy – making sure the strategies that you put in place are practical for the client, amongst others.

The ideal candidate will have

1. Pharma experience – both marketing and commercial
2. Consulting experience
3. Range of skills – leading teams, solving complex growth challenges (insight, brand strategy, positioning, insight)
