Back2businessship Programme Spring 2019

We are always delighted to hear success stories from the delegates who have previously attended our Back2businessship programme. 100 delegates have already graduated from Back2businessship in the past three years and many have secured placements, interim and permanent roles at top marketing and communications companies as well as with blue chip brands, including R/GA, Save the Children, HP, Golin, FHF, R/GA, GDST, Team Spirit (Chime Group plc), Rolls Royce, Mediacom, the Government Returners Office, (Nike) – Girl Effect, Arc’teryx and many more.
Andrea Mulligan, one of our delegates from our last programme, recently took up a role as Director of Business Development at R/GA, who were a company supporter for our Autumn 2017 programme and are again supporting us in 2019.
We have 40 places for Women Returners for government supported March 2019 programme.
The programme, now in its 5th year includes course modules on Career Planning, Presentation skills, Digital and Social Media, how to attack the jobs market & apply for roles, how to find flexible and agile working and how to manage the first 90 days back in the workplace. There are a range of coaching and training sessions led by senior industry professionals as well as case studies and presentations by inspirational women (and men) who have returned to the workplace successfully after a career break raising a family.

Become a Corporate Supporter
The 2019 programme focuses on the Technology, Telco, Fintech and Financial Services sector in the Thames Valley (Reading, M3/M4 Corridor. We are looking for companies in the Tech/Fin Tech/Telco/ FS sectors (who have offices in the Reading/M4/M3 corridor) to become involved as Back2businessship Supporters .
