Our client is a fully, integrated award-winning agency that is currently looking for an experienced Account Director to join their Sports Division in Dubai. Have you got experience demonstrating the following: Account Management, professional skills, Financial Management, People Management, Business Development, General Management and administration.

Some responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Appling specialised industry expertise to client work.
• Helping team apply knowledge of the creative process, graphic and video production, as well as IT and emerging media.
• Has established a circle of industry editorial, investment community, professional and/or consumer group contacts
• Developing accurate project and retainer client budgets and monitors them effectively
• Identifing strengths and weaknesses of team members, providing day-to-day counselling on job performance and career development as appropriate
• Routinely contributing to agency growth and performance as project, team, group and agency leader.
• Managing people in effective, productive manner that also develops their skills and loyalty to the firm.
