Where are they Now. A Big welcome to Tanwa Edu who joins us as an Advisor to NoTurningBack2020.
Tanwa started her career at Condé Nast in Advertising Sales for 2 years before moving into Media Agencies where she built her career over the next decade at Zenith and M2M Omnicom. Most recently back on the client side at CHANEL as Head of Media for the last 14 months, she now has a rich blend of Media Agency, Digital Media Owner and Client side experience. Luxury, Fashion and Art/Culture are not necessarily sectors associated with diversity and inclusion; here Tanwa speaks about her career to date and her perspective on the strides the sectors she is an expert in are making towards greater parity in the workplace
