Welcome Franki Alpert – consultant at Teneo, who has been working in Comms for almost 7 years. She has worked across some of Teneo’s biggest accounts – such as Snapchat, Shell and World Rugby – and has a passion for creative campaigning, newsjacking and adapting corporate storytelling for a mainstream audience. Prior to working in public relations, she dabbled in journalism, receiving bylines in The Sunday Times and The Times Magazine. In 2016 she received a 2.1 in English from Loughborough University, whilst balancing being an Editor for the leading student publication The Tab.
Franki never knew what she wanted to do growing up, and having ADHD she often got bored by having only one or two tasks to do. When a friend’s mum introduced her to the ever-changing world of comms, that threw various different elements at her at once, she knew it was the industry for her. Franki knows how challenging it can be to find a career that works for people with a busy mind, and she is passionate about supporting people who have had less opportunities than her to find their niche.
