We’ve got a fantastic opportunity to join a global award winning agency that specialises in sports, entertainment, and culture. They are looking for a Account manager to join their motorsport team notably managing a global partnership with a top motorsport team. The role will also have a chance to support the partnership across a number of international motorsports series as well as the chance to support the wider motorsport account teams as we deliver event activation programmes throughout the year.

You will be Responsible for:

• Supporting the Account Director and collaborating with the wider team in the delivery of the client’s hospitality motorsports programme and global stakeholder management.
• Development of market communications documents, newsletters, and activation toolkits

Management of creative assets, application on marketing materials and brand approvals.

• Organisation and management of onsite delivery of guest hospitality programmes as required throughout the motorsport season.
• Liaison with team partner and client on development of activation plans and marketing approvals process.
• Line management and development of 1 direct report providing day to day support and oversight.
• Provision of guidance to client and local markets to ensure smart leverage of the sponsorship assets.
• Assist account team with motorsport events booking portal requests, guest registration, client and market billing.

Must Haves:

Solid Agency experience working in a similar role, ideally with experience in the motor sports hospitality arena.
