Now in our 11th year, Back2Businessship24 (B2B24) is a 6 day back to work re-orientation bootcamp run in Central London for UK marketing, communications and sports marketing professionals who have taken 3 years + out of their careers for caring reasons.
This year our headline partners are VCCP London, including Communications and Marketing Consultancies, Harvard, Good Relations, and Team Spirit. We are proud to also be partnered by Rail Delivery Group, The Advertising Association, Oxford SM & the CIPR. Fleishman will be co host partners with VCCP Business.

Returners will hear from inspiring speakers and participate in workshops covering 3 main themes: personal development, updating marketing, comms & digital skills and how to turbo charge their job search. The interactive workshop sessions include; the latest in media programmatics, data & insights, the future of AI in Marketing, ESG and corporate reputation and much more over the 6 days. We will hear from Alumna about their career success stories and host a networking event for our delegates to meet with companies keen to meet Returners.
