We are working with an well-known independent, award-winning, integrated communications agency that specialises across strategy, creative, brand communications, sponsorship activation, digital, social and influencer marketing.

They are currently looking for a Director of Partnerships to join their Sponsorship division, with the responsibility for the growth of the agencies partnerships, sponsorship division and the strategic direction of the wider agency.

If you are a confident, proactive sponsorship expert who wants to take on a leadership role in an agency with ambitious growth plans, then look no further.

Successful candidate will have….

. Skills to advise existing and prospective clients on the full brand partnerships process, including the property selection, asset evaluation, contract negotiation, strategy, campaign planning, creative through-the-line activation and measurement.

. Passionate about training, developing and motivating a team of sponsorship strategy and activation specialists.

. Experience within sponsorship strategy and activation, including a senior leadership role whether in-house or agency side.

. Ability to identify opportunities to diversify¬† and grow the agency’s service offering.
