Black History Month
We have been working to increase the breadth and diversity of our candidate portfolio at f1 for the last decade. Whilst we don’t like boiling everything down to data, the data always tells a story. And we think its important to share the facts.
When we started publishing our candidate portfolio stats in 2016 we were meeting and interviewing just 4% of candidates from the black community. This has now reached an all time high at 12%.
There is still much work to do to level the playing field for black representation especially at senior level inside the Marketing, Comms and Sports Marketing sector and ours are only baby steps.
We would not have been able to build trust and respect within the professional black community without our investment in co creating NoTurningBack2020 and our Returners programme over the last 10 and 7 years respectively.
