For the last decade we’ve be putting EDI at the heart of our services to the global Communications, Sports Sponsorship and Marketing sector.

Of the hundreds of candidates we have interviewed for our clients over the last 12 months;

38% neither parent went to University

11% were eligible for free school meals

26% were over 45 years old

25% identified as non white

59% identified as female

 

Of the candidates placed in 2024

23% were from black, Asian, minority ethnic communities

62% identified as female
