Associate Director – Thought Leadership

Our client, a strategic insight agency, are looking for an ambitious Associate Director to join the leadership team, in their thought leadership practice area.

Thought leadership research has played a pivotal role in the success of the business and makes up the majority of the research conducted, providing a unique opportunity to further sharpen the agency team and offering.

Skills & Responsibilities

• experience within communications/PR at an agency.
• entrepreneurial spirit and ability to spot new business opportunities.
• proven track record in managing and developing research-based thought leadership campaigns.
• competent in spotting how numbers can be used to tell stories and persuade audiences.
• help shape the strategic direction of the practice area in close collaboration with senior team members.
• developing and refining the current offering to ensure the agency is ahead of the curve and ever changing client needs.
• helping to manage a growing team.

With headcount more than doubling in the last two years, this role provides huge growth opportunity as well as the opportunity for potential stake in future success of the agency.
