Associate Director – Corporate Communications

Our client, one of London’s fastest growing corporate communications and strategic advisory consultancies are currently looking for an Associate Director to join their team.

This is an exciting time to join this agency as 2024 is going to be a strong year of growth and this will be a vital hire taking on key responsibilities in their London office. As an organization, they are focused on helping businesses, organisations and their leaders navigate the complex and rapidly changing economic, political, and social landscapes across a variety of different sectors and offerings including Corporate Reputation, Political Advisory, Growth Companies and Capital Markets, Digital Strategy, Purpose and ESG, Employee Engagement and International Business.

Surrounded by an ambitious senior leadership team, you will have access to acclaimed expertise from the highest levels of the corporate, political and media worlds as well as contributing to the next phase of the companies growth and international expansion with offices opening in New York and the Middle East.

The Ideal Candidate

• You will be a strategic thinker with deep experience developing and overseeing the execution of high-quality, multidisciplinary corporate communications programs on behalf of clients.
• You will be an ambitious and enterprising candidate excited to be part of the next phase of this agencies journey as well as helping shape the direction and culture of the firm as it goes from strength to strength
• Strong experience in Corporate Communications – 10 years plus

Responsibilities

• Leading a team to deliver impactful, multidisciplinary communications programs with high quality results for clients
• Being a trusted advisor to senior clients and a go to source of insight and counsel
• Driving an entrepreneurial culture and managing junior members of staff
• Contributing to strategic direction as the business continues to grow
• Building strong relationships with clients
• Building and maintaining a network of contacts that help to deliver outcomes for clients and the business as a whole
• Supporting Directors and Partners in driving business development activities
