She built on Rosie Dalling’s ‘powerful communications’ session, reminding us that words shape how we’re seen—so use them to project our positive selves, transforming how we talk to people.
Emily Fairhead-keen then gave us the inside scoop on agency life at Havas, revealing how departments collaborate and evolve. She shared essential strategy and campaign insights—practical tools we’ll take forward.
After a quick lunch break, Sophia Hodges from Human Energy Optimisation (www.humanenergyoptimisation.com)got us thinking about resilience and wellbeing. A breathing exercise later, we all walked away with action plans to manage stress and stay strong.
