This top score was achieved by us demonstrating specific positive outcomes for our candidates and clients as well as our own f1 team.
We are transparent in all our societal efforts to do with ED&I. We are committed to diversify the marketing and comms sector by ensuring over 30% of the candidates we place in roles come from black, Asian, minority ethnic communities.
Our not for profit programme NoTurningBack2020 aims for 20% of all marketing and communications professionals to come from black, Asian, minority ethnic communities. And for this 20% to stay in our industry until they reach the very top jobs.
We practice what we preach with our ED & I efforts beginning at home within our own f1 team where 31% are from black, Asian or minority ethnic communities.
