Licensing Executive – up to £40k – INHOUSE – Sports

To support the Head of Licensing in the management of Licensees. The Licensing Executive will be required to manage the day-to-day operational requirements of all Licensees, with particular focus on Official Collectibles Licenses (both digital and physical), including supporting the development of and approving product plans and marketing campaigns.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

1. Providing day-to-day operational support on all Licensee relationships

2. Working closely with Licensees on product development roadmaps, growth strategies and workflows for all licensed products

3. Coordinating the approval process for all licensed products to ensure they are compliant with the guidelines

4. Coordinating the approval and delivery of Licensee campaigns, including support across digital platforms

5. Liaison with the brand regarding their rights and obligations in relation to Licensees

6. Liaison with other departments (in particular, Broadcasting, Digital and Communications), agencies and other third parties in respect of licensed product and marketing

7. Work closely with product and customer experience teams to consistently innovate community features

8. Working closely with the Partnerships team to deliver marketing rights, including tickets, hospitality, merchandise and events

9. Tracking Licensee royalty reports and providing analysis on sales performance and royalties

10. Supporting the Partnerships team in managing the licensing elements of other Partnerships
