Our client has grown revenues and profits by more than 100% during the pandemic. Leveraging a franchise business model, they now need a superb Head of Marketing & Brand to help scale their business to the next level and grow revenues from £17M to £50M+ in the next 2 to 3 years.

You will:
- Own, develop and execute an omnichannel marketing and brand strategy for rapid growth
- Recruit, lead and develop a high performing marketing team
- Rapidly develop the brand’s eCommerce proposition and social media profile to drive online growth
- Be the guardian of the brand ensuring adherence to the brand’s values and strategy by the company’s franchisees
- Develop the assets necessary for excellence in CRM, analytics and customer insight
- Deliver a content marketing strategy that engages the customer with the brand’s ideals and values
- Broaden the appeal of the brand to new audiences and customer segments
You are:
- A B2C marketing leader with experience of start-up or scale-up situations for brands and/or retailers
- An omnichannel marketer with excellent digital skills
- A team builder and coach who inspires innovation
- A leader with low ego, high EQ and high empathy levels
- Highly entrepreneurial, able to adapt and thrive in situations of ambiguity
- Data led with solid analytical and data skills for accurate decision making and business case development
