Head of Brand Experience
A leading Integrated agency is looking to hire a Head of Brand Experience. They are a fast paced creative and dynamic agency who work with leading brands.
As Head of brand experience you will be responsible for leading and exponentially growing the brand experience team whilst leading a guiding the Account Management and Production teams. You will focus on a new business strategy alongside the maintenance of impeccable client service, campaign success, staff management and financial performance of the team within the overall business plan. You will also be a proven operator in experiential marketing & have an opinion on why and how physical brand experience has to be the true root for communication architecture now.
Working closely with the FC, your financial ownership will encompass full P&L responsibility including client and department P&Ls, staff cost and utilization.
This represents a unique opportunity and symbolises a desire form the Group Board for a vital shift in the current brand experience business opportunities and performance within the agency. You will therefore be expected to have a strong consumer brand & client network and proactively engage this network in the brand experience proposition.
To be considered for the role as Head of Brand Experience you will have a sold background in experiential from agency or client side. You will also have a strong understanding of the wider marketing channels.
