Head of Advertising and Campaigns Marketing – £90,000 – £110,000 plus benefits

Our client, one Europe’s largest entertainment brands, are currently recruiting for a Head of Advertising and Campaigns Marketing.
The successful candidate will have a good media understanding, experienced within performance marketing, product marketing and have an innovative mindset to come up with messaging.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and evaluation
    • Work with Head of Planning to recommend the right marketing activity within the annual plan
  • Creative
    • Work with external media and creative agencies to deliver innovative marketing plans to drive consideration, desire and conversion
  • Stakeholder management
    • Ability to bring key stakeholders with you to makes sure everyone is pushing in the same direction and you are utilising the matrix organisation effectively
  • Managing and leading a team:
    • Managing campaigns and resource across a large team with different levels, providing clear direction and ensuring that team members have broad roles and development opportunities
  • Relationships:
    • Developing strong relationships with agency partners in order to make high quality creative and media solutions

The successful candidate will have a strong creative eye combines with experience of targeted customer communications at scale.
You will be a product marketing expert with experience in proposition positioning and bring a positive and high energy to the position.
