Executive Lead – Digital – In house London – 60-75K
We are looking for a senior digital marketing and communications specialist to lead, design and take overall responsibility for the delivery of strategic digital programmes and amplification opportunities, both internally and externally, in a world leading Art and Technology organisation.
Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing you will have responsibility to ensure that digital is at the heart of, and fully integrated within, the wider Communications and Marketing team’s multi-channel plan.
As an executive lead in the Communications and Marketing team you will be responsible for developing new thinking, bringing a fresh perspective and championing best practice.

Required skill set:
- Senior level digital marketing and communications lead
- Strong digital experience and skills – loves digital storytelling
- Demonstrable understanding of the issues facing a transformative organisation
- ‘Client service’ approach, possibly learned in agency environment, with ability to deliver on time and to budget
- Self-starter, with strong people development skills
- Experience of budget management and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills, with respect to effective, measurable communications
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across all digital channels
- Team player with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to produce great work
- Passionate about digital and social media marketing and communications
- Ability to deliver strategic counsel to the Director of Communications and Marketing
