Account Director


This is a small agency that creates integrated, global communications campaigns that drive real business outcomes for B2B technology companies. They currently have a strong focus on media tech, working with companies that shape the way that we watch entertainment, news movies and sport. They also have clients across various other sectors, including automotive and proptech.

They’re  looking to recruit an entrepreneurial communications professional to lead a new vertical B2B practice. The focus is flexible to suit the individual’s experience and personal network in mobile/telco, enterprise tech, cybersecurity or beyond.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is confident at proactively creating leads and winning new business as well as leading client campaigns. It’s an ideal opportunity for an experienced agency professional who is looking for the chance to build and grow a portfolio of clients as part of a supportive agency environment.

Attributes/ experience they are looking for:

  • You are confident with proactively creating new business leads – this may be done through your network and by working in conjunction with their marketing and new business resources.
  • You have a strong track record of winning new business pitches.
  • You have considerable depth of experience leading accounts and delivering consultancy to senior clients in your specialist sector. You build trust, listen and come up with new solutions – resulting in organically growing accounts.
  • You are experienced in inputting to overall agency budgeting and resource planning.
  • You are a team player that will enjoy being part of a collegiate, open culture. As part of this you will play a role in knowledge/skill sharing.
  • You like to have fun as well as doing great work.



  • Salary/bonus: negotiable depending on level of experience.
  • 30 days paid holiday (plus Bank and Public Holidays) per calendar year.
