You’re already an accomplished Account Manager able to deliver for clients in at least one or more digital disciplines: Social, Email, PPC, SEO, Content etc… able to interpret analytics and insight to build data led solutions and comfortable with working across different industry sectors.

Our client (a strategic comms agency) has had some big recent client wins, digital and social are central to these client’s strategic comms engagement, in this round of hiring they’re looking for innovators who are digital natives who can become leaders and help build a high-performing digital practice:

You will:

  • Be great at managing and delivering Paid Digital and Paid Social media campaigns
  • Successfully own social and/or digital media content planning & production
  • Be not only a client point of contact but adapt to being a trusted advisor
  • Have input on and help grow the agency’s digital and social value proposition, ideate to create new service lines
  • Be a go to resource for the required tools, tech and training needed to for continuous improvement in the agency’s digital and social capabilities
  • Fully support the growth of the digital team by contributing to new business wins, internal inspiration sessions and management of the team.

You are:

  • A Paid Digital/Social AM with 3+ years’ experience open to or looking for a true career growth opportunity
  • Adaptable and open minded enough to work with clients across a variety of industry sectors B2B/B2C
  • A proactive AM able to build and leverage relationships at all levels for increased revenues and profit
  • Ambitious with an appetite for personal growth, upskilling and career advancement
  • Looking for or already working in a hybrid working pattern
