Our client, an established strategic communications agency, are providing an exciting opportunity for a candidate to lead and take the reins of the agency’s consumer brand position. Within this role you will have a remit to grow the client portfolio, team, and capabilities of the agency’s consumer offering.

Responsibilities:

• To constantly push the boundaries of the agency capabilities through the development of the service, skill set of the team and client portfolio.
• Drive the integration of their specialist skillsets whilst ensuring a cohesive working environment.
• Deliver on agency overall growth against growth targets.
• Lead on new business development and revenue growth.
• Be a thought leader for the specialism/discipline whilst acting as an ambassador for the agency externally.
• Act as a senior client counsel across the agency portfolio.
• Lead on setting and delivering impact led measurement inline with the agency’s evaluation model.
