Communications Partner – Food – In house Retailer

A leading high street retailer is looking for a Communications Partner to join its Food team. The retailer is going through a phase of modifying significant parts of the Food business whilst still keeping true to their brand values.
By recruiting this role they are looking to strengthen the Food team ensuring that everyone is up to date with all the developments and inspiring people to feel proud of the work the retailer is doing.
As Communications Partner you will be responsible for identifying and creating campaigns and stories to bring to life different elements of our transformation plan. Also organising their regular communications events, supporting their recognition program and developing and updating their digital hub. You will also be part of telling stories about the Food department to the wider business.
To be considered for this role you will have relevant experience in internal communications & change communications, including experience in planning communication campaigns which have deployed a variety of approaches to drive engagement & understanding. Have the ability to convert complex/corporate material into stories /messages that drive understanding, get engagement and ideally, VT & digital channels experience and experience of communications reaching employees in remote locations.
