Brand Manager

Brand Strategy Manager – £60k (London based)


The Brand Manager position is a senior strategic role with a broad remit across the Brand Marketing department. This role is responsible for building and executing holistic Brand Marketing plans across all elements of the Marketing Mix, playing a lead role in owning the end-to-end consumer journey and enhancing the reputation in the eyes of our global fanbase.

Reports to Head of Brand Marketing

Management responsibility for: Two Brand Marketing Executives


• Work closely with the Head of Brand Marketing on Brand strategy development and the creation and execution of an annual concept map

• Lead day to day on end-to-end Brand Projects in line with master brand strategy

• Create an Influencer Marketing strategy that includes individual tiering and 12-month servicing plans

• Build a Player Strategy that delivers against brand objectives geared towards recruiting, serving and retaining fans

• Lead the development of a digital brand strategy and partner with the Media and Comms teams on execution, delivering ways of working processes/best practices that ensure that our brand voice is coherent, consistent and reputation enhancing across all digital touchpoints

• Drive the fan/consumer journey across all touch points, and lead on bringing together and securing alignment across multiple business units

• Be an internal ambassador for fans and develop a deep understanding of our fan segments in order to best serve their needs

• Serve our Partners by consulting on joint brand initiatives and supporting on the development of 12 month brand calendars

Specific Experience:

▪ Heavyweight experience in Brand Strategy development and execution within a pioneering industry leading, consumer-led brand that is on the cutting edge of marketing

▪ Demonstrable experience in executing long-term brand plans across the full marketing mix including long-term influencer and athlete brand plans and setting an over-arching organisational digital brand strategy

▪ An expert in your field with proven delivery of creating and executing a brand voice (aesthetically and tonally) that shows up consistently organisation-wide across every consumer touchpoint

▪ Proven experience in harnessing qualitative and quantitative consumer insights to develop consumer segmentation/muses in order to create industry leading brand executions

40 hours, 5 days a week. Ability to work some weekends and bank holidays as and when required
