This role also offers the right individual to lead sustainability for the whole practice and grow it. The account offers huge scope for learning and needs an established Associate Director / Director to take this role to the next level.
The role is split across different areas, which are sustainability (50%), DE & I (30%), Community Impact (10%) & Givernance (10%).
The role is a blend of corporate and consumer and is focused on leading the narrative for the client’s (FMCG) overall image at EU and UK level, around the four areas mentioned above. You will also be hugely passionate about brand citizenship.
The role involves the following…
+ Be a trusted adviser to C-suite executives, providing senior level strategic counsel and insight, guidance and creativity to meet client requirements
+ Lead client teams to expand revenue channels and grow existing client business into new areas
+ Champion the importance of client satisfaction and service within the team, leading by example and encouraging positive client relationship building behaviour and ensuring flawless execution of day-to-day client work
+ Exceptional project management skills
+ Prepare strategic and operational business plans to deliver sustainable revenue and profit growth across the team, in close collaboration with the MD
+ Plan and drive organic growth on designated accounts and take responsibility for new business development, networking and marketing activities, as well as new business acquisition and conversion
