Account Director – Reputation Management
Our client, one of the most progressive networked agencies in the market, is looking for an Account Director to join their corporate offering at a time of growth.
You will be an expert in corporate reputation to play a pivotal role in the growth of a team full of variety. You will be on the frontline working on key corporate reputation issues across a number of sectors including ESG.
Key responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for providing a strong vision and leadership for the accounts team alongside the senior team, working alongside your Associate Director to deliver results
- Have an opinion on the latest issues and trends and able to guide clients, the team and the wider agency as a thought leader
- Have good experience and exposure to key corporate issues, especially ESG and wider corporate reputation remit
- Working on and responsible for a number of key accounts, leading each account team and leveraging the specialists across the agency.
- Support the Associate Director and share strategic dialogue with clients to influence the quality of the briefs you get from the client
- Identify, plan and help develop revenue opportunities to grow your clients
- An old hand at developing and running campaigns with fresh ideas that will challenge clients to deliver bold creative thinking, grounded in building the reputation of clients
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities by leading pitches
