Our client is looking to hire an Account Director to join the Partnerships team.
They specialise in Sports and Lifestyle within sponsorship, brand partnerships, brand experiences and digital communications.
Skills required
• Oversee a wide range of live activations, events & guest programmes
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, and key suppliers to ensure results & continual improvement
• Demonstrate prior working knowledge of live event planning & delivery
• Lead the planning & project management of client live experiences & brand experiences
• Stay abreast of new activation ideas, continue to review new suppliers & to show an interest in new innovative technology
• Create and present client-facing presentations, managing critical timings & client decision deadlines clearly & well in advance
• Negotiate and review supplier contracts
• Oversee general operations planning & develop best practice processes and techniques
• Oversee project budgets & report to Operations Director and finance manager regularly
• Oversee and keep up to date on all areas of clients’ event activation projects with the Operations Director
• Oversee and keep abreast of branding and production areas of the account with the Operations Director and Creative department (and/or clients’ existing creative agencies where required)
• Keep up to date on all digital activity across the account & to ensure integration in to live event plans where required
• Report on a weekly basis to Operations
