Innovative sponsorship and brand experience company that takes pride in developing highly successful integrated campaigns for a host of world renowned brands are seeking a talented communications professional for a dual faceted role starting in the New Year - 2012 will be an important year for the company, so it’s a great time to join them.
50% of the role will involve working closely with the communications team of a key client; enhancing how they talk about their sponsorship activity … ultimately raising awareness of their brand and products. You’ll be developing strategy that will help increase ROI for their sponsorship portfolio and develop content across multiple platforms; both internal and external. 50% will involve working with the new business team of the consultancy themselves; promoting their brand and the fantastic work they do within the trade press and sponsorship industry.
You will have the ability to develop and implement PR strategies for both aspects of the role, possess excellent media relations and sponsorship industry contacts, be adept at generating content for news articles, features, campaigns, social media channels and websites plus be a first class project manager who can mange their time effectively – developing relationships with key client figures, stakeholders and senior colleagues is key. A good understanding about (sports) sponsorship is essential along with strong written skills, a proactive approach and a high level of attention to detail.
