f1 partners have an unrivalled commitment to the training and development of our next generation of f1 junior associates. We want to ensure that our candidates and clients have professional and dedicated practitioners at all levels working with them. The f1 junior associate coaching programme gives our trainees individual mentoring and is led by our senior partners; many of our clients are also involved in the programme to give our trainees exposure to the demands of recruitment from a client perspective.
