Where and how we work
f1 recruitment llp is a truly contemporary organisation. Our London offices are based in the heart of Soho and five minutes walk from Oxford Circus tube station.
Our partners work flexibly from these London offices and can choose to work remotely from home one day a week. Work Life balance is a reality for us at f1 and we have created a team of like-minded consultants whose working lives have to flex with the demands of their home lives. They are fully accountable for targeting the activity levels they need to receive the remuneration and job satisfaction they individually aspire to.
Our team is operational 12/5 (twelve hours a day, 5 days a week). We achieve this through using the most advanced recruitment software and technology to ensure that we always react quickly and accurately to our clients and candidates needs.
We work as one team co-operatively and cohesively. As a limited liability partnership we all share in the success of the company. Our overheads are low because we outsource non-core support services to experts allowing our consultants to get on with the real job of servicing candidates and clients. Our reward structure is generous because we want the best consultants to join us and, more importantly, stay with us.
