Description:
International sports rights holder is looking to recruit an experienced Events Manager. With opportunities to travel this is an exciting role working as apart of a small team, allowing creativity and the ability to own the events strategy.
The role will be varied and you will need to be highly organized with excellent prioritization skills. The main aim of the role is the planning and executing of an events and hospitality programme across a variety of European countries. You will be responsible for the production of event collateral, the accreditation process, management of an online ticketing system, the creation of the onsite experience for fans, guests and competitors - from autograph sessions, opening ceremonies and corporate hospitality. You will also need to manage all event branding and ensure that sponsors logos etc are in the correct position and contracts fulfilled. So a multifaceted role, which you can really make your own and use your creativity to make each event stand out.
You will need to demonstrate previous events management experience in a sporting environment - ideally have worked on stadium based events, where as well has bring responsible for the event strategy you have led the onsite activation. You will not be afraid of working long hours and weekends, be a team player, with an understanding of health and safety procedures.
