Opportunity for a commercially savvy sponsorship professional to join an international rights holder.

Our client is an entertainment and sports giant with a global presence. As well as owning rights to some of the most exciting properties in the entertainment and sports world, they also have expertise in event management, athlete representation and sponsorship consulting. This opportunity sits within a team which focuses on promoting and selling the rights to global sporting events and they need someone to drive sponsorship and commercial revenue.

In brief you would be responsible for researching and identifying new sponsorship opportunities across Europe - creating and delivering presentations, managing contract negotiations and delivery of rights. In addition you will be asked to explore ways they can use their digital assets to generate new revenue streams.

You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of networking and building relationships at Marketing Director and Chief Exec level, developing tailored marketing solutions and selling packages of rights that meet all parties’ objectives, then working with them to fully exploit their assets. You will have a consultative sales style, be a strong team player, a lateral thinker with a strong understanding of brands, sponsorship and marketing. It would also be an advantage if you had an understanding of TV distribution and the impact on sponsorship.
