Opportunity to join a brand new planning and creative hub at this hugely successful independent communications agency. The team was established at the beginning of the year, to not only play a role with existing agency clients (leading consumer lifestyle brands) but also create a client portfolio for itself. Under the leadership of a Creative Director, the team has been developing insights, creative platforms and strategies for a wide range of well known brands. They are now looking to add to their numbers.
The person they are looking for will be sitting in a creative role in a big agency - this could be an advertising or media neutral creative agency, or in the planning/creative team of a PR agency. Big brand experience is a must, along with an understanding of the full marketing mix - in particular PR and the role it plays as a lead discipline.
You will have experience of facilitating brainstorms, researching to undercover insight and then using this to develop and deliver unique and differentiated strategies. You will also be motivated to help develop the team - be part of new business activity and organic growth across the rest of the agency. On a lighter note, you will be at the forefront of trends - always on the look out for latest thinking, drawing on your everyday experiences and wider society trends.
