Description:
The role sits within the Corporate Practice of a global, full service agency who deliver high end, strategic work for a range of blue chip brands. However the primary focus for the role will be developing and implementing a CSR and philanthropic programme for a key client.
We are looking for an established Associate Director who might have started their career within a corporate practice, but over time developed an interest in CSR and is now sitting either agency or client side in a dedicated CSR role. The role won’t stop there - you will also be given the opportunity to work across other accounts within the team and potentially develop the CSR offering across the division.
You will have experience working with blue chip, multi-national organizations, leading creative communications programmes. Ideally you will have either a personal interest in the arts or have worked with clients who have harnessed relationships with arts organizations, maybe as part of a CSR or sponsorship initiative.
You will be ambitious, keen to take on a challenge and want to be part of a divisions’ growth and continued success. Your natural ability to lead and inspire teams will provide inspiration to the young, committed team.
