We are looking for a partner to build on our success at graduate/entry level by developing our existing relationships with universities and colleges to source the best talent. You will present the f1 graduate and work placement service to our client portfolio, secure vacancies and manage shortlists. Most importantly, you will be an inspirational mentor, helping each individual find that unbeatable start to their career.

You will be highly organised, resourceful and determined to succeed with a track record of success in a results orientated environment. You could already be working in marketing and communications and be considering a career change or you have a track record in recruitment but are interested in focusing on graduate recruitment. You will certainly be motivated by high earning opportunities. As a limited liability partnership, partners at f1 share financially in our success.
