Innovative independent PR consultancy is looking for an FMCG consumer specialist to launch a new division. This is an exciting time to join the agency's board, develop your own business plan and make an impact.
This thriving top 10 consumer PR agency already boasts an array of entertainment, consumer tech and restaurant brands but is looking to make its mark in the FMCG/lifestyle sector. To lead this initiative, they are looking for a talented Associate or Board Director with a proven track record in winning and delivering FMCG business. You will ideally have a strong agency background and be well connected within the sector.
You will be looking for an opportunity to have ownership and develop your own team, but with the support of a well established agency, financial backing and resources you can draw on. By joining the board you will not only have control of your own division’s destiny, but be part of the team driving the whole agency’s growth and managing it’s profitability.
You will join a fun and highly creative team, passionate about delivering outstanding client campaigns. Client retention and staff turnover are low and team development and motivation are top of the agenda.
