Calling Scottish youth marketers - fantastic integrated marketing role with leading extreme sports and youth brand.
This cool and cutting edge brand, known world wide and revered for being a supporter of culture, adventure and everything extreme is looking for a Scottish based marketer to activate their regional marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate will have proven integrated marketing or experiential experience - event production and field marketing skills with be crucial. This role will focus on activating the local marketing strategy, via events, partnerships, sampling campaigns etc - all in line with the National strategy but tailored for the local market. Knowledge of the Scottish and Northern markets is crucial - you will be well networked and up to speed on local trends and events.
Ideally you will have worked or be working in a creative and youth focused environment and regularly immerse yourself in all the right scenes - film, fashion, music and sport. This knowledge will enable you to identify events and key opinion leaders to build associations with.
Event production and management experience is vital and you will be used to including experiential activity in your campaigns. Team management and mentoring experience is also key, as the role will involve managing teams of field staff and brand ambassadors.
Personality wise you need to be a self starter, extremley organised with excellent time management skills. Energetic, a lateral thinker, strong team player, who can be trusted to implement camaigns under their own steam. You will need to be mobile and able to travel around Scotland and Northern England
