| Location: | London |
| Salary: | £40,000 |
| Employer: | Full service sports agency |
Description:
Expanding full service strategic sports agency requires an Account Director to lead on two key pieces of business. The agency is built on a shared passion and commitment to sport and between them this experienced team has been involved in every aspect of commercial sport at the highest level.
As a commercially astute and proactive Account Director you will be primarily working with a major European sports federation; managing their bid to host a major international sports event plus heading up consultancy work on a prestigious world sailing event. Your experience will lie in commercial sports; strategic consultancy rather than activation – ideally you will have experience of sports bidding processes/commercial rights negotiation. You will be able to confidently brief and manage supporting agencies and direct reports ... plus have a ‘hands on’ approach which is essential when working within a small team.
This is a great opportunity for someone to join an experienced and passionate team delivering practical business solutions in sport for an enviable client base. Previous golf experience and/or Spanish are beneficial. European and possibly international travel is an aspect of the role.
