Description:
A rare opportunity to join a market leading business as a key member of the Investor Relations team, which ensures the corporate strategy and results are effectively communicated to the investment community. You will need to be a credible, accessible and knowledgeable point of contact with this major retailer for the investment community.
The role involves providing the Board with regular analysis of key share-price and market-related information, and producing investor presentations to be given by the Chief Executive, Finance Director and Head of Investor Relations. You will develop an understanding of what factors move share prices and put this into the context of the company’s operating and 3 year plan. As well as day to day maintenance of the shareholder and investor database, there will be a challenging investor roadshow programme to manage and deliver with the corporate brokers.
To be a success you will need extensive business knowledge with a high level of financial literacy in order to communicate relevant information with conviction, flair and gravitas. You will have a good level of experience in investor relations and operate with discretion and integrity.
