Description:
Busy artists studio based in Gloucestershire requires an experienced addition to their dedicated personnel team. As Recruitment Coordinator your emphasis will be on the recruitment of a variety of staff.
You will have a sound understanding of recruitment and HR procedures & practices plus possess a basic knowledge of employment law (minimum requirement). You will also have hands on experience dealing with disciplinaries.
Ideally you will have worked within a creative environment before or have experience of recruiting for artistic people – you will understand the sensitivities of working in an artistic environment, dealing with a range of personalities. Your self-motivation, organisation and efficiency will be equally matched by your measured, down to earth and flexible approach.
Location is key. You will primarily be based in Gloucestershire; though the role will involve travelling and working in London at least 1 day per week plus possible monthly trips to other UK locations – it is therefore a pre-requisite that applicants are flexible and own a car.
