Join the global marketing team of this household name in the music industry. The role is transformational and focused on developing commercially sound products that will bring the consumer closer to artists.
Your background will be firmly rooted in the process of understanding how to develop new products from conception through to implementation. Experience of ROI and structured profit/loss deliverables essential.
You have spent a large chunk of your career to date honing your expertise in consumer insight/behaviour, segmentation research and global trends gained preferably from an fmcg retail background. You also have a top line understanding of the digital industry enabling you to evaluate how to monetise catalogue and new release content. Your knowledge and expertise will be used to develop a portfolio of products and new business models (digital and physical) that will transform the commercial opportunity for this leading player in the global music community. An ability to influence across the business at a senior level and define simple processes through which ideas can be evaluated essential. Music industry experience an asset.
