Description:
Join this innovative non for profit organisation for social change and herald the launch of their new employee engagement, motivation and communications strategy.
Their objective is to improve employee loyalty and create a corporate brand that embraces and represents the core values of the organisation.
Once you have created the strategy you will then plan, manage and deliver a lively and engaging communications programme to the internal audience using a creative mix of newsletters, web-casting, presentations/roadshows/events and intranets.
You will have worked in internal communications for large multi stakeholder companies for a number of years and be able to demonstrate a track record in this career. You have managed budgets, brand compliancy, external agencies (artwork, intranet companies and comms consultants)as well as inhouse publications both on and off line. You are used to working in a deadline driven environment with a Comms Director and leadership team that enjoy communicating with their staff.
You are fresh thinking and creative and yet can also work to micro detail and account/project manage to get things done. You have managed staff albeit here it will be a small direct reporting team.
