What was your first day like at f1 and when did you start?
April 5th 2004 – the very first day of f1 – we had an empty white board with no jobs and no candidates. Within three days we had started to work for Netflix and The Economist Magazine! The rest is history.
Favourite f1 memory?
A team outing on a weekend in Paris to celebrate our first £million. Seeing who was still up partying at 4am. It wasn’t who we predicted!

Where do you live?
In a very small village (or is it a Hamlet) in Kent
What is your favourite lunch?
Avocado and chicken salad with roasted pine nuts! (no dressing)
Why recruitment?
Never done anything else. Love it. Fast paced, full on and incredibly rewarding. Always learning from talented people. It’s a career so rich in variety – no day is ever ever the same.
